TSYS Acquiring Solutions has identified an issue where merchants were receiving timeout errors when processing transactions between 9:10am to 9:25 am. Technical teams have been able to resolve the issue and merchants should now be able to process transactions as normal.

As of now, we're are awaiting a resolution from TSYS. We continue to monitor transactions, but we've not seen any errors in the past 15 minutes. We will resolve this incident once we've received an update.
