We are scheduled to update our certificate for Payment Fusion. The certificates and certificate chain have already been installed and tested in our Staging environment, and will be deployed to our Production environment.

No downtime is expected.

What does this mean?
Please ensure your integration has the DigiCert Global Root CA cert available in your trust store. If you are currently using the intermediate DigiCert cert in your trust store, we strongly recommend, per industry best practices, adding the DigiCert Global Root CA cert from https://www.digicert.com/kb/digicert-root-certificates.htm.

Please contact AxiaMed support at techsupport@axiamed.com if you have any questions regarding this notification or if you are not able to use the DigiCert Global Root CA cert. After the update, your certificate chain will be broken and your application will not be able to communicate with the Payment Fusion platform.
